What’s your favorite gentle constipation reliever?

I think I’m gonna grab miralax and colace from the store but wanted to see which is the favorite? I’ve used miralax in the past but haven’t used it in a long time and I don’t think I’ve ever used colace. It’s been a few days and im starting to feel uncomfortable so I’m ready to take meds! Haha im just about 11 weeks.  Thanks in advance 👍🏻🤓

Honestly I got the chocolate laxatives and ate a small bit, if I was still having issues within about an hour I would eat a little bit more. It really seemed to help me. But for future reference you can take a fiber supplement (get the ok from your doc) for probiotics, and even eat some activia which is yogurt and will help you to be more regular. My favorite is magnesium! You can find the supplement in most stores by vitamins. It works better than anything I’ve tried and also helps me sleep better.
