They popped my sack with a giant needle !

So my hunny had just left for work around 6 am, so i laid in bed for a while. around 7 am i started to get mild cramps, so i sat up and a big warm gush came out my vag. i touched it and it definitely wasn’t pee. i called my hubby and he was on his way to pick me up. we arrived at the hospital around 9 am, they took me into a room and asked me questions about what happen, then hooked me up to the non-stress test to see baby movement, and they also did a pap test to test the fluid to see if it really was my amniotic fluid... sure enough it was. i stayed on the test for about 1.5 hours.. and because my sack had popped, if baby didn’t come then i would need to be induced within the 24 hours. I was only 1 cm dilated so they said i could stay or go home, so i stayed and walked around for an hour and then i decided to go home, they told me to come back around 6 or earlier if i needed. got home around 1. we drove all the way across town to go home to get some sleep.. 4 pm comes and i start to get contractions which were about 8 minutes apart, so we headed back to the hospital, got there at about 5 and they did another check and was only 5 cm dilated, so i had to wait until i was dilated enough to be admitted. my contractions got worse and closer together, so they finally admitted me. once admitted, they checked me and i was 6 cm. my contractions were so crazy so i asked for the epidural. we hung out in the delivery room waiting for me to be dilated enough to start pushing and and for the rest of my sack to pop. it took forever, and my sack wasn’t popping so they hooked me up to oxytocin to get things moving. even that didn’t help, so they had to use a giant crochet-like needle to pop the sack. around 12am, the doctor came in and said to start pushing. i pushes for 2 hours and bam. baby. born 2:27am, 8lbs 10oz, 21 inches. got a second degree tear from my vag to butt, and tore both insides on my labias. 6 weeks later i was healed up, now i have a 4 month old baby boy.
