Wages

So I’ve been working at the same place for 8 years now. I have not gotten a raise once. Over the past 3 years I’ve acquired many new skills and even have to control and direct my coworker, whom happens to be here illegally and is currently making more money than me. She cannot speak to customers, she cannot run the machines, she cannot design, read or compose emails... etc. I was given a number finally for this raise and it’s still less than my coworker. I feel so defeated at this point I want to die. I work my ass off and I’m not even worth a decent pay. 😑😤😔
