Cervical mucus

Hi everyone

I’m 6w1d. Had an ultrasound yesterday and bean was measuring right on track and we even heard the heartbeat which was a strong 110. I’ve been crazy constipated and was straining with a bm this morning (pretty hard). I didn’t notice any bleeding or anything when I wiped but about 2 mins later I inserted my progesterone suppository and noticed my cm had a couple of tiny reddish brown specks in it. Is this ok?
