Eptopic pregnancy surgery and plain misery

Ladies just need some feed back on your experience with ectopic and your days after surgery ?

Here’s my back story - took pregnancy test it was positive we were over the moon. Wanted to schedule an ultrasound but doctor says it was too soon . A week later had severe abdominal pain went to ER and it was down hill from there . Was rushed to emergency surgery over ($51,000 for procedure ) lost left Fallopian tube . Doctor gave me 3 days off work but I talked to a nurse and asked her about the 3 days and she said she can try to get me 7 days off . On my 5th day after surgery I told my doctor that I was having a hard time with grieving the idea of going back to work. I told him I feel in denial because I still feel pregnant . He told me to get over it be more positive . I was so frustrated I felt like he felt I didn’t want to return to work I did want to but a lot just took place I really couldn’t wrap my mind around all of this . I asked the doctor if I could please have a lifting restriction of at least 20lbs because I don’t feel strong enough to lift more then that ( I work in the automotive field batteries and tires get so heavy after lifting hundreds in a 10hr work day )

He said he would but he didn’t want to be filling out paperwork for my job since he didn’t believe I needed the restriction. I just said ok I’ll deal with my job .

I returned to work in 7 days after the surgery. All has been well up till about 4 days ago my stomach hurts so bad like Queasy and I have a chalk like taste in my mouth . I haven’t vomit but I wish I could. I have pain meds an nausea meds but neither are working . Anyone else experience anything like this .
