What is this growth on my dogs eye?

I noticed a stye like growth on my 6yo pit bulls eye. The vet didn’t seem concerned and gave me a cream to put on it. A few weeks go by and it’s only getting bigger. Called the vet and ordered a different medication to try. Nothing is working. I’m afraid it’s something more serious that the vet isn’t picking up. I’m concerned bc it’s only getting bigger. My dog doesn’t seem bothered by it at all btw. Any ideas on what this might be?! Thanks!

I would just take him to another vet and get a second opinion. Some vets are more money oriented and would rather keep pushing meds and bringing them back rather than actually doing their job.

Just ask vet to remove it. It's not a big operation.

Not to scare you but my dog had this and he ended up having brain tumours , go get another opinion from a different vet.

My pittie had one on his eye too. it was bigger. it's a growth.

My dog had his for years he lived to be fifteen. I put him to sleep unrelated to any growth he had anywhere. He was old and couldn't walk with hip dysplasia.
