Giving up on BF
Anyone feel relieved when they stopped breastfeeding? My LO is 12 days old and breastfeeding exclusively. I hate the anxiety it gives me and I feel like it’s not fair to my baby that I feel this way. I want to switch to formula but I’m afraid I’ll regret it once I do. Has anyone had any positive experiences when giving up on breastfeeding?
