help... serious heart break

over a year we have been split up and yet i still cry over him

i loved him more than i ever though was possible

it ended civil but because of other people and not because we didn’t love each other

i just can’t cope without him

no one is the same, no one makes me feel the same

but he’s moved on and is talking to this girl and it’s making me feel 100x worse because i know i’m now never getting him back

how do i get over this

please help :(
