It’s always different for everyone. Dry with my son. But last 2 pregnancies it was water clear. 
CM doesn’t determine pregnancy but changes a lot with pregnancy

Personally, Its mainly like school glue, thick & creamy. but then some days it'll be like egg whites.

Mine has always changed from eggwhite cm to white/lotiony discharge right before I found out I was pregnant.
