It's on the inside of my (mouth) lip and I get them sometimes but never white or this painful. I haven't had sex or kissed anyone

It’s a canker sore. I got them a ton, especially with braces because the skin gets pinched in it. What helped the most for me was orajel to numb it, and try to put wax on your braces, but I know that never lasts for long. You can also try stuffing a cotton pad there while you sleep

Just a canker sore. Theyre not contagious they're usually triggered by an irritation or a pain in your mouth (like your braces pinching your lip or hitting your mouth). Gargle with salt water, keep your mouth clean and it will be gone soon

It's a mouth ulcer, you get them from braces/biting your cheek or lips usually. 
Once it's gone put Vaseline on the inside of your lips, and use brace wax to prevent them rubbing and making it sore. Oh and rinse with salt water to help aid healing! ☺️
