Please bare with me, I don't know what to do!

I took a test yesterday and thought I seen a vvvfl it wasn't fmu so I planned to test again this morning. I'm just getting over tonsillitis and last night I got the worst ear ache which resulting in my ear popping and it's since been constantly bleeding. Because of this reason I went to a walk in centre first thing this morning and as the doctor wanted to put me on antibiotics he tested for pregnancy. He told me I wasn't pregnant so put me on the antibiotics.

I came home and decided to test again anyway but there was barely anything left to test with as I had done a sample for the doctor 🤦‍♀️ I wasn't sure whether it was worth it so instead of using my last frer I used a first response rapid results. I swear I see a vfl line on this which is making me worry as I'm on antibiotics. It could be nothing, it's just because i've seen people say their doctor said their test was negative when it was clearly positive at home! Should I just ignore my test and listen to the doctor or retest with frer later on today? 🤷‍♀️

By the way when I say vfl I mean VERY faint line 😂
