Tips For Condom Pleasure?

Per doctor's orders I must avoid pregnancy due to a health concern I'm currently addressing. We were using the pull out method and it has personally worked every time for us. We now need to switch to condoms though. My SO hates condoms. He's uncircumsized and I think that may be why. As soon as he puts it on he either loses his erection or becomes less hard. He's not like this when we don't use condoms. So frustrated. I can't go on the pill so if any of y'all have tips please share!!
