Disappointed.. 12dpo and bfn.. 😭

So today I am 12 dpo and got a BFN.. I've been having nausea these past couples days. I can't even swallow my metformin and prenatals without gagging. Last night I had a terrible toothache. I couldn't sleep at all and to top it off I through up. At 5dpo I had a speck of blood with cm and at 8 dpo I had a speck of blood when I wiped. My back has been hurting so bad and I've had cramps on and off. I'm just so confused with what my body is doing. I have 2 days until after shows. 😭
