Does it count?

Does it count as a miscarriage if it was still the first day after implantation? On Saturday the 27th in the morning I noticed what I expected from implantation bleeding (brown, light, 8 dpo), but it just kept going, along with the cramps. Finally, really late that night, I saw the uterine lining bits in my pad, and one of them had a little white dot. I know I *was* pregnant, if only for <18 hours, but it was too early for a test, and so there's no proof. But does this even really count?
