Husband works too much

How do you mamas out there deal with husbands who work long hours? I’m having a hard time dealing with it... I’m done asking my husband & done arguing with him about it. I understand he works hard so that we can afford the things we have in life. So I don’t need reasons to understand it. I just need to know how you personally deal with it... Thanks in advance.
