Best time for a 4D ultrasound?

Really want to get one but I’m 30weeks is it getting too late for a good picture or does it not work like that?

My lady said 28-32 weeks is the best because of the fluids around the baby so you can see them better

I got my sons done at 33 weeks & his came out great! He wasn't squished or anything! I'm going Thursday for baby girls 3D ultrasound & I'll be 33 weeks Tuesday so I'm hoping hers will turn out great as well!
