It’s fine. I just wouldn’t eat like...the whole honey jar. 😂

I think its just the unfiltered honey they are referring too. When I was since got water with honey and lemon was my lifesaver

I eat honey on a spoon all the time. But you could make buttered toast and drizzle it over, or hot tea with honey. Or cereal with honey on it, ice cream with honey. It’s fine to eat. Even out of the tube.
