is syphilis common? i don’t think i have it but i’m too scared to go get tested. i’ve just been researching online(not a good idea i know) but now i can’t get the idea out of my head!!

Syphillis reminds me of the sex version of Lyme disease.   If you catch it early it’s just an easy shot of penicillin to cure; however,,,,,if you wait past the tertiary phase you will have chronic problems and it can eventually cause death.  Moral of the story is Get tested, it’s curable in early stages with 1 shot.
