Self Induction??

Question

Have any of you put yourself into labor by natural remedies around 37-38 weeks? I’m measuring 1.5-2 weeks ahead (have been since I was 28w. I’m 33 now) but my hospital doesn’t induce... 
any experience or advice?

Lots of walking - like 4hour walks 
Lots of sex - his semen can soften your cervix and your orgasm can start contractions.

with my son I started drinking raspberry leaf tea on the Saturday evening and eating pineapple, on the Sunday we went for a long walk around 3 hours up and down hills with the dog and we came home and made madras curry. that night we had sex too, fast forward to early hours of Monday morning around 1am I lost my plug but didn't think anything of it, went back to bed and at 3am as my partner was getting ready for work my waters broke. I was 37 weeks exactly so I'd definitely recommend trying these things x

evening primrose oil orally and vaginally. and drink lots of red raspberry leaf tea. not the flavored kind, literally red raspberry leaf. walking, sex (let him ejaculate inside- sperm can ripen the cervix) good luck!!!
