Aching at 10 weeks pregnant ?

Last night I woke up and my stomach wasn’t cramping, but my whole stomach had an ache... like it was internally sore or something .it went away after awhile. Is this normal at all? Btw I’m only 17 and this is my first time being pregnant.

Does it feel like you just did a bunch of sit ups? Cause thats normal, just your uterus growing. I had that a lot.
