Please give me some advise

Hello, my name is Ty I’m (18) me and my husband Israel (20) have been married since I was 16. We have since then moved in together. All though we are young , we feel as if we’re ready to be parents . We have our own apartment, we both work and I just graduated from high school. A few months ago I was pregnant unfortunately I was about 4 weeks , I had a miscarriage. Since then I’ve been try to get pregnant again. But no results are showing up at the moment. Any suggestions?
