Faint positives, no period for 9 days, negative blood, urine.

I’m so confused, and miserable, my stomach hurts, my boobs hurt, I swore I was pregnant but the tests don’t lie I guess, my doctor says it’s a bladder infection but I know that’s not what it is. I don’t know what it is, they didn’t run anymore tests, I just feel unheard and uncared about, honestly...
