I had a pea size blood clot and have some spotting with occasional mild cramping. I'm 6-7 weeks gestational. I went to the doctor and got a transvaginal ultrasound. They told me it was normal first trimester bleeding and the babies size and heartbeat we're good (I didn't hear it but they found it). But I'm still freaking out and can't help but keep looking things up. This is my first pregnancy. Anybody else have a similar story and have a good outcome?
