is it to early to test?

My fiancé and I usually have sex 3-5 times a weeks. So i dont know when I would have conceived, I'm supposed to start my period next Wednesday. I've been on birth control for a while, but recently started taking an antibiotic and I heard that the antibiotic makes birth control less effective. Is it to early to take a pregnancy test?

I've never been on any type of BC, but from my understanding, an antibiotic shouldn't make that much of a different on the guarantee of your birth control, since being on birth control makes the cervix thicken, making it hard for sperm to enter the uterus. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
