False positive?

so i was in Letrozole 2.5mg last cycle and took Letrozole 5mg this cycle. no trigger.

i took a pregnancy test for shits and giggles just bc. it’s positive. (pics taken within time frame)

i was told last cycle i didn’t ovulate and i’m 1dpo (according to Glow). i had very sore boobs for a few weeks after my first cycle but nothing else.

could it be possible that my first dose i ovulated and they missed it in the blood work?

i will be going to pick up more tests here after a bit. idk how to feel rn.
