I'm 33 weeks and have still not gotten above my prepregancy weight.  I lost about 5 in the first trimester, I look pregnant now, but I haven't gained anything.  I had a few extra growth scans because of it, but my ob isn't overly concerned.

I lost 7 pounds and gained 57 pounds and lost it all and some by 3 months pp lol. Lost 35 the day of, and 15 by the 2 months pp. I lost 7 pounds by 3 months pp still going strong!
