Cramps but no period on the pill.

So I am currently taking seasonique which is a 3 month birth control and I haven’t gotten my period yet just light spotting. It comes and goes I have cramps at the moment but still nothing. I have had unprotected sex the past few weeks but there’s a low chance of pregnancy since he did not cum inside me. I know the pull out method isn’t always affective and you could get pregnant. But could I possibly be pregnant? I am 16.
