**UPDATE**

We have so far passed all of the tests in order to do the experimental amnioinfusions and we finally found out we're having a baby girl!

We thought everything would be ok, I mean why wouldn't it be? Went in for our anatomy scan and left heartbroken. Baby only has one kidney and it's polycystic. It's not working. No amniotic fluid is being produced and therefore the lungs will not develop.

Only found one success story online so our chances are essentially none.

Why do things like this happen? I know we're not perfect, but I also know lots of people have perfectly healthy babies and lead terrible lifestyles. I shouldn't judge, I'm just fucking pissed and hurt!
