Started as a harmless unknown uti to YEAST city

So went and had pee tested when went to the er and they said they found the start of a uti🤔. Oh ok didn’t even notice anything but ok. So now almost a week later and taking the damn medicine I now have a full blown terrible super beyond itchy yeast infection. I have tried yeast infection stuff from the store and nothing is working and the itch is getting painful and burning. Idk what else to do to get it gone or at least help the itch. Any ideas?? I’m 12 weeks and tomorrow I have an ultrasound 🙄 which just my luck I would have this and that at the same time 😭
