anybody have pcos and diagnosed with high Bp.... my BP ranges from 130/90 to 150/100.. is it the hormones???? I'm on metformin 1500 mg shouldn't that help this I'm also 180 pounds so I'm not overweight or anything....do I just need to limit my salt...help!
