If you've lost a baby, at which week did they stop growing?

Not counting chemicals. Not that I don't think chemicals are less of a loss, but I'm curious about later losses specifically. If you've lost multiple babies, just answer for the first. If you had a missed miscarriage, when did they stop growing? I miscarried at 11 weeks but baby had passed away at 7 weeks, so I would answer 7 weeks here.

My baby stopped growing at 7 weeks, but I didn't know I was pregnant until I hit a little over 12 weeks and I was in a lot of pain and had to go to the ER.

not sure? I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks but I didn't know I was pregnant until 10 weeks. I hadn't had a chance to see a doctor.
