I really wish I had more friends 😂😂

A little backstory, this guy and I talked last year and it led to sex. We stopped talking for almost a year, talking occasionally here and there. So the other night I decided to be bold and asked him to hang out. He did and it was fun. We talked like we used to and cuddled and kissed. All good, alright. Then we were snap chatting last night and I said “you could come over again and see her soon” referring to my dog. He didn’t reply but it could be because he opened it like 3 hours later..idk lol. Anyway, I was invited to a birthday party and I want to bring him but I’m not sure how to go about it 😂 we are both in our mid 20s so I feel like a child 😅

Should I say hey and progress into a conversation or just send this? His for sure was to me saying “I hope we can hang out again soon.”
