Ouchie..

So I’m 10+4 weeks..and today I have been having a pain. Like a sharp pain very low mid/left stomach right above my pelvic bone. The pain is travelling into my vag/butt (sorry TMI). Started off very intermittent but has now become quite constant. No bleeding... any ideas?
