I'm terrified I'll miscarry

this is my first pregnancy and I just found out 4days ago I'm currently about 5 weeks. I think. I keep seeing blood it's pinkish and having mild cramps here and there. I saw some clear mucus mixed in an like little specs it wasn't huge but it was enough to start me worrying.
