Acne after bc pill

I switched from the pill to the IUD back in February. As a result I now have terrible acne. I always had little breakouts here and there but it was for the most part under control through my teen years while on bc. Now it's bad. My back has it, my chest and my face.  I use an acne wash, stridex pads and an acne lotion. What else should I do? I wanted to try and get it under control without a dermatologist but I'm feeling like I never will. Suggestions?
