Hypothroid help! TTC

I feel devastated. Hubby and I have been TTC and nothing was happening. Strange for us as we have 3 children already and we didn’t have to try hard for them. I made an appointment with my obgyn and she found I have tsh level of 9.36 but my t4’s are normal. I have started levothyroxin and will be going back in a few weeks to recheck levels. I wasnt having any symptoms other then extreme hair loss, my cycles were normal albeit heavy. And I received positive opks so I assumed I was ovulating. Has anyone dealt with this in a similar situation and been able to later conceive?
