Back story-stopped bc in January and hadn’t a period since. We are ttc and kinda need a period for that! Dr. Thinks I have PCOS, I’ve had all the bloodwork and ultrasounds. Just don’t have periods unless I’m on BC

I was given a 10 day progesterone prescription and was told I would start AF 2-3 days after, finished pills Friday, started light brown spotting Sunday, very light Monday and today it is still light-medium but dark brown, no new blood at all except some dark red with clots this morning . Is this AF? Is she actually here?????? I need HELP! Cause I seriously need her to show tf up.
