Please Help

So last Saturday 5/12/18 my doctor started me on Progesterone. I didn’t ovulate last month at all even with the Letrozole. So now I’m taking the Progesterone then will be doing the Letrozole again, in a couple days when I’m finished with the Progesterone. I have PCOS and have never been normal when it comes to my period. My husband and I are 3 months into TTC. I took this ovulation test today. It looks like I’m ovulating. Am I correct?!
