Once your supply lessens, not stops.. can you get it back? I’m breastfeeding all day on demand and then pump when I can in between feedings and at night..

And I’m getting 2-2.5oz pumped per day.. so an oz per breast a day if I’m lucky and pump a ton..

I’ve been doing this for about 2 weeks now and I might see a tiny increase..

If I keep doing this, will my supply build up? Since it’s about supply and demand? Or is it like this now?

I go back to work in 3 days and i have no extra breast milk stored because I can’t seem to save any.. I’m so sad because there’s nothing I want more than to behable to ebf.
