What is going on pls help

I start taking Sprintec pills in 2016 and is was my frist pill then i be came so sick my period was an regular then I stop taking almost one month I went to see my doctor but she told me everything is normal then I decide to take again but In pill that I left one month in by back

.I become so sick and I stopped completely since 9/2016 I’m not taking any pill control

But in sometime I’m not pregnant and I’m sexual activity pls if experience my situation pls help me I’m worried 😞
