pelvic pressure (not pregnant)

a few weeks ago I had cramping in the lower pelvic area on the left side it was an uncomfortable/sharp throbbing pain. this past week my whole lower stomach/pelvic area has been cramping on & off (had period 2wks ago). yesterday it got worse & tonight it started hurting to the point where it hurt to walk & cough/sneeze. also getting sharp vaginal cramping. no bleeding or spotting. I have had unprotected sex BUT just had my period 2 wks ago (i will take another test tmrw). but just wondering if anyone has any idea what this could be?? I've had 4 healthy pregnancies, I'm 24. never had a miscarriage, ectopic or chemical pregnancy. any info would be helpful. I don't want to go to the drs unless I absolutely have too. I'm hoping it'll just go away (wishful thinking lol)
