So this past Sunday on Mother’s Day my husband took me to the ER first thing in the morning. I had been running extremely high fevers since Friday afternoon and just couldn’t seem to get it to break or come down. The ER first gives me the best news of all after they got blood work back and that is to tell me I’m PREGNANT! Me and my husband are thrilled but I’m also very scared!!! They then proceeded to tell me that I had to be admitted into the hospital right away because I have a major kidney infection and my white blood cell count was 2700 and a normal persons isn’t supposed to go past 1000! They tried to do an external and internal ultrasound but had no luck of seeing any sack yet because I’m only maybe like 2 weeks pregnant but I’m still very concerned for my baby. I’ve been having iv antibiotics and I’m still currently in the hospital praying that i get to go home today. Please keep my sweet precious baby in your prayers that he/she will make it through all of this and healthy!!!
