Deli Meats While Pregnant
Okay so I was really craving lunch meat , so I ate a sandwich today and now I’m driving myself crazy , reading all of the possibilities of listeria and I’m having some cramp like pains in my stomach . Not sure if it is mind over matter or no. What are the chances of getting listeria ! Should I contact my OB doctor ? Please let me know !!
