working Moms , what week do you leave work?

This is baby number 2, I had my first daughter at 38 weeks and im just worried about my water breaking at work 😖 what week should I plan to leave ? I'm 30 weeks now so I need to let my work know soon!!

I’m working up until either I go into labor or induced. I work from home.

Can you work from home? I'm 27 weeks now and my boss is advocating for me to work from home a month before my due date 😂. Then going on leave like around 38 weeks.
