i cant take it!

so the app says my period is 4 days late im irregular so ita not always 28 days. everytime i had sex was with a condom. but ive been feeling pains in the side of my torso very frequently and my stomach and i have swollen boobs and they hurt. could this mean im pregnant im stressing so much about it.
