Is it normal to feel like your starting your period around 33 weeks? My panties are always wet from discharge and my vagina is swollen and sensitive. I keep expecting to find blood because It feels so much like a period!

I also feel like my baby has dropped because there is so much pressure on my cervix and pelvis now. Plus I’m having more intense Braxton Hicks. Could this be early signs of labor? I have a dr appointment tomorrow, I think I may ask her to check my cervix.
