Cryptic Pregnancy and Round Ligament Pain

Sooooo I don’t even know how to start this or how to go about it. Mmm my mom is 53 years old (yeah I’m still trying to get passed the part the part that she’s doing it at that age 🤢 I still love her though) and she thinks she’s having symptoms of a cryptic pregnancy. My mother lives in VA so she tells me everything over the phone, we video chatted one day and I don’t know but her stomach has gotten bigger from the last time I’ve seen her. I do know the symptoms of a cryptic pregnancy and she’s basically going through them, from the home test and blood test being negative, Breast changes including increase in size/fullness, sensitivity, itching, feeling of heaviness, leaking colostrum and shooting pain, Skin pigment changes including linea nigra and the "mask of pregnancy" and she’s also been experiencing Round ligament Pain ... she mention the other day that she gets the feeling that she has to push. She’s going back to the doctor on the 25th for an ultrasound and I just don’t know what to do, and I don’t know what to tell her.

I don’t want her to be sad or upset when she finds out she’s not or that it could be something life threatening... this has been bothering me a lot since she’s mentioned it. Because she’s been acting like a teenager who just experienced sex for the first time and she’s going out knocking boots with her man 🤢🤢 alright I’m done but I need help because I can’t help her.
