Second cycle since coming off BC so not 100% when next AF is but last cycle was 30 or 31 days.

same here 2nd month of coming off. had period a week early last month. and this month not sure. I spotted like only when I wiped and it was maybe 2 times a day. but that was from 5dpo to 11dpo and I had alot of cramping. I never spot. I am usually a 28 day cycle. last month was 22. I am on day 24 now. so waiting to see!!

I had 4 days of spotting and quite a bit of cramping.... however, I’m now being checked by my doc. Not sure what’s normal. 🤷🏻‍♀️
