Is This a Good Sign???
It's 100% normal for me to be nauseous and have diarrhea for 3-5 days before AF shows, but today I got woke up at about 2 am with some of the WORST acid reflux I've ever had (which isn't much cause it's rare for me), and I've had some light cramping on my left side. My period is due to start today; I'm on CD30 and I'm about 9DPO. Do y'all think this is a good sign or no? Thank you for your time 😊💖
