Faint positive or negative?

Took this morning with first morning urine... periods are irregular each month by a few days. I had a dream last night that i took a test and it was positive (with a baby boy) following symptoms I’ve been having so, i decided to take one even though normally i overthink it. What do you guys think? Just got back from our honeymoon and kinda don’t believe it as I’m shocked!! Lost twins back in October.
